How can I fix my jammed 6 cd changer in my honda accord 2007?

I had 5 cds in there and then I put a sixth cd into the number 4 place and when I put it in it went in and then got jammed in there. It also displayed error. Now none of my cds will change, come out, or play. What can i do to fix this? Maybe on my own if its possible?
 
Your best bet would to take it to a local stereo shop or a honda dealer. Sorry, I wouldn't recommend trying to fix this one yourself.
