How can I educate teenage girl about abusive relationships ?

I'm a mum to an 11 years old, she is little pretty thing and she has a very good relationship with her father, however she recently told me that she feels ugly. I'm scared that she has been influenced by TV and other kids in school obsessed with fashion. I'm afraid that it can get even worse- she can get in to abusive relationship etc. How can help her with confidence and educate her about abusive relationships.
Acm could you pls provied me with few movie titles. Thank you
