My Coach has been putting me on 3 back, (Full back) recently and i wanna know how i can be good.
Also, how can i be a good kicker too? I'm a 13 year old and i have a really powerful legs and moves.
Tips would be nice and Should i start lifting weights? Like i said, i'm 13 or is that too young?
