How Can "Educated" adults Still Blame Obama for High Unemployment?

Those who oppose Obama have misplaced anger.

They really should be angry at themselves for the destruction they created.

People are finally wising up to the folly and destructive tendencies of the Republican/conservative philosophy.

The conservative ideology started to decline after William Buckley's death.
 
For 6 of the 8 yrs. Bush was in Office , the Repubs held Both houses, The not only spent more than our first 40 Presidents ALL COMBINED, He also Borrowed as much as he spent from China and not one DIME of all that was spent on creating jobs or preparing Americans for the jobs of the future. The Repubs introduced an alphabet soup of "H-1 " visa bills which Bush was all too happy to sign into law. Each of these Many bills cleared the way for millions of cheap workers to enter the USA from India etc.Even as the Unemployment Rate was SCREAMING out of control in the last yrs. of the Bush regime, Bush along with Bill Gates fought hard rite up to Bush's last week in office to pass a 4 yr. visa bill to import 500,000 High Tech. workers per yr to fill jobs needed so badly by our own collage grads! Factor in Bush's "Fast Track Law" which he signed into law by executive order. His "Fast Track Law" gave himself the sole authority to approve the Requests of large US co.s wanting to move their operations over seas! Of which Bush approved 100% of these requests. When Bush was asked about the state of the economy and the high rate of unemployment, He Grinned, and answered in a whiny voice,.." Why did it have to happen while I was still president?"
Yes Obama is spending Big $$s,And Much of the Money in the Stimulus bill has not been put to use yet but the $ that has been spent IS creating jobs. What could the reason be for blaming High unemployment on Obama ?
 
1. You really need to learn your history.

Republicans did NOT control both Houses of Congress for 6 of Bush's 8 years.

The controlled Both Houses from Jan 21st 2001 to June 15th 2001

And then from January 21st 2003 to January 21st 2007

Thats only 4 years 5 months.

The Democratic Party controlled the US Senate from June 15th 2001 until January 21st 2003.

Senator Tom Daschle was the Democratic Senate Majority Leader.

2. Bush did not double the National Debt, he increased it 85%

In January 2001 the debt was 5.7 trillion
In January 2009 the debt was 10.6 trillion

3. Bush borrowed as much as he spent from China ?

In January 2001, China owned 258 billion in US Treasury Bills and Bonds.

In January 2009, China owned 739 billion in US Treasury Bills and Bonds.

A difference of only 481 billion.

4. The US government does NOT have to approve, any corporation moving overseas.

5. so maybe you should start by researching your facts, before you make any kind of post. Because so far, none of your facts seem to check out.
 
I don't really expect you to question your communist leader since you think man created God. Geeez..
 
People fail to see that job creation is an ongoing process, and by failing to further fund job creation while creating unprecedented inflation via some of the largest energy increases we have seen in awhile the previous administration failed to ensure that the employement sector would grow. Jobs are not created over night. It take time for a company to grow, just as it takes time for a company to fail. In the 9 months since Obama has been in office we have still been seeing the residual effects of the Bush economy (let us not forget that we are still dealing with a budget as outlined by the previous administration). Most nations are on an upswing, it would be reasonable to expect the USA to follow.
 
Wasn't it Obama that ran around like Chicken Little swearing if we didn't get the stimulus THIS MINUTE we would see 8% unemployment and what is the unemployment now, 9.8 and climbing? What single thing has Obama done with this money that has created a single "permanent" job, how about nothing just like Saturday Night Live said and now this fool is talking about another stimulus. This is his presidency now and everything that goes along with it, get used to it.
 
It was the last two years of the Bush Administration that screwed us. You had Barney Frank and Polesi blocking any reform to stop the collapse.
