How big should my fuses be?

For a 2000 watt RMS amp what size fuse should i use?
For a 400 watt RMS amp what size?
 
The 400 watt RMS should have a 40 - a 60 on it.
And the 2000 Watts RMS should have a 100
 
Do you have the manual? it should list a recommended fuse size and you should also put one a bit smaller on your power line so you blow it before the one in the amp which can be difficult to get to. not to mention blowing the fuse inside the amp can cause problems and can result in a decent performance gap from how it was before
