how are Vietnamese boys/men in general? are they hard-core about their culture? morals?

i'm curious to know how Vietnamese boys are. i'm talking Vietnamese boys FrOM Vietnam.
are they innocent? is life in Vietnam very conservative?
any comments/advice would ge great.
 
Seems like a third world country to me. Maybe life in Vietnam is starvation and crime.
 
I'm Vietnamese-ish, and the only time I've been to Vietnam was when I was 13. I've also been around Vietnamese immigrants (boys) and they aren't "innocent." Vietnam's a 3rd world nation, they are a communist war-torn country with lots of corruption... so you can imagine how its citizens live their lives. They have drugs there too, and they're known for being heavy drinkers. When put in the U.S., they usually stick to their people and avoid "outsiders" because of their lack of knowledge. So yeah, they're very proud of their culture and lifestyle.
