Holiday Movie Fans Thread - Just about that time of year again

I loved Santa Claus the movie too. I used to look forward to that every year!!

I love blue's sig too.. lol, I love Clark, he is just nuts. ;)

I think so...I remember parts with snow.

I kicked off my Christmas movies' marathon a few weeks ago. I could seriously live off Christmas movies - they always make me feel so good.

So far I've watched....Christmas with the Kranks, Elf, Christmas Vacation, and I'm almost finished with Ernest Saves Christmas. Love Actually is a fave...and of course the first two Home Alones are musts!

another classic

The Santa Clause 2 had romance in it. Such a cute movie.

There's more I just have to think of them..

:goof: Hehe, just seeing that pic makes me wanna laugh!

:D

Ok, that is the wrong smilie above, ignore that ;)

I don't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but I saw Planes, Trains, and Automobiles last year for the first time and loved it! I just bought in DVD too so I am planning to watch it sometime this week. I mean ok, it's not a completely holiday film, but they ARE trying to get home for the holidays so I think it qualifies.

Yep, it was. It stared Ed O'Neil from Married with Children. I thought it was good but they canceled it within just a few shows.

Is that last one called Jack and Sarah? I think it is, right? With Samantha Mathis? Cute movie that I have somewhere on tape. :)

 omg yeah that was a great part in that movie!

Buddy: You're not Santa. You smell like beef and cheese! You don't smell like Santa.

Will is such a funny actor. I love him on SNL.

Was Dragnet like a police drama type of show? I think I have heard of it but Im not sure.

I dont think I have ever seen that tv movie. I remember seeing Christmas shoes, A holiday to remember, and this other really cute movie about this guy who rents a fake family ( a mother and her little daughter) to impress his boss with and he needs up falling in love with the mother.

Ooh awesome, I like the movie as well. Nicholas Cage is funny in it. My brother isnt too big of a fan for A christmas story. I should tell him he isnt alone, lol.

 Did you hear that? It's like DUH!! My dad is like that.. I'll be telling him something, like stressing something and he'll be like "So what are you trying to say Steph?" And I'll be like "Argh!!" I used to say "Where are you going?" And he'd be like "To see a man about a dog." Or "Are you writing a book? Cause you can leave that chapter out." I have a fun dad. ;)

It sounds really funny! I just love Will and can't wait to see it.

You know the part in Old School where Will gets shot with the tranquilizer and is falling in slow motion? I laughed SOOOOOO hard at that!!!!
