high input on an amp?

how would i hook up a high input without having to have to use the rca converter only one think my high input has 5 wires 2 white 2 gray and 1 black it says its the ground but how would i hook it up cause if i hook up the 2 whit and 2 gray it still wont play cause the black isent hooked up
