Wuai: I agree with everyone's suggestions. Just want to add this: "P" fruits - peaches, plums, prunes, pineapple, pears, and yes, water, water, water! You can also try adding some magnesium supplements to your diet. Magnesium helps with the bowels. You'll know when you've got enough of it because you'll end up with the diarrhea. Also, salmon and anything with omega 3 fats, like avocado, are good.
Exercise is also good for getting things moving.
If you get the diarrhea then you can eat the BRAT diet - Bananas, rice, apples and toast. Good luck with the flow!
