hifonics amplifiers!!?

how well are the hifonics amplifiers built the new ones anyway im looking at droppin alot of money on my next system. re 15 inch se series subs a custom built by a local audio shop for my avalanche box. and a kenwood excellon deck. at the place im getting it done they tell me that treo and zapco and arc audio are the best amps but there SO expensive! how does a hifonics brutus bxi 1608d compare to those brands and can re subs stand up to treo subs. let me know i greatly appcriciate it
 
I use to own a hifonics and there great quality because they get out alot of true rms watts go with the hifonics
