No.. If you didn't buy them at Finish Line there is no reason why Finish Line should or would allow you to come there exchange them..

yu can only return something if it came from the original store and if yu have the receipt for it

Seriously doubting that you can return an item that you didn't actually buy from THAT store. Although if you really want your money back you could always Email the ebay user you bought it from and ask them if they would give you a refund OR resell it on Ebay.
