Rockford Fosgate Punch P400-4 (Amp for speakers)
Rockford Fosgate P2L-2X12 (Subs)
Rockford Fosgate Prime R1000-1D (Amp for subs)

What connections will I need to make. Example: speaker to sub, speaker to head unit, amp to woofer. Everything I'm gonna need to do??

Head unit wire to both amps(run power from car battery to power both amps and ground ) , one amp wire to F n R speakers , other amp wire to subs

is that what you asking for?

1. Connect grounding wires (should be same gauge as your power cables)
2. Connect RCA cables from the head unit to your amps.
3. Connect Remote Turn on terminal on your amps to the remote turn on wire on the head unit (usually the blue wire)
4. Make your speaker connections, run speaker wire from your amp to your speakers. repeat for subwoofers. (use at least 16 gauge speaker wire for the speakers. For the subs it might be better to go for a lower gauge preferably 12 gauge)
5. Connect Power cable (preferably 4 gauge) directly to your car's battery, In which case you'll have to drill a hole or find an existing hole through your firewall to run the cable. BE SURE to install an inline fuse holder with fuse at the correct Amperage rating. You might want to buy an Audio capacitor and distribution block to connect and provide the power necessary to run the equipment.
6. Make sure you DO NOT run your speaker wires and RCA wires next to the power cable this might induce unwanted noise into your system.
7. Make sure you have a SOLID ground connection for the amps because an improper ground may also induce unwanted noise.

If you need more help, searching around on google is a good way to get more details.
