Help with gymnastics training/ conditioning?

I am a gymnast who has receantly started from a 4 year brake. I am back up to the standard i was last time now but my strenght and balance ect is really bad now.

I would love it if someone could make a me a daily table to follow e.g. Handstands, press ups ect ect. Or just recomend things i could do to get really good.
