Help with car audio settings?

Can someone please give me some recommendations for the EQ settings (low, mid, hi, sub) for my deck, when my battery died everything got reset and I have no clue what they were.

I have a
- 12" Alpine type R sub
- 1000 watt Kenwood amp
- Sony deck
Each one goes from -10 to +10
 
Just play around with it till you find what you like. I like mine at

low > down a bit
mid > at middle
hi > up a bit
sub > 80 hz

EQ settings are as per your pleasure. Adjust them to sound like you want the stereo to sound. Start flat and boost as needed. Avoid distortion
