I have a 1994 Cadillac Eldorado (trunk room reference). I have two 4in speakers in front (150 watt peak 60 constant), two 6x9 on the rear deck (not sure the specs because I got them free from a buddy), and two 10in subs in my trunk. All of which are Sony. The subs are Xplod 1100 watt peak. My amp is a 600 watt Sony. My radio is Sony as well.
I'm looking for a bigger boom. My subs are mounted in two sealed boxes (they are pretty small. i think maybe .75 cubic foot). I was thinking about building a sealed box myself (i have worked construction so i'm pretty good at that stuff). The only problem is that I don't know how big I should make it. I want only one box though if possible. Maybe two is better? Maybe a bigger amp?
I know, you are thinking, "Why did he cheap out and get 10in?" Truth is, I'm cheap so I'm stuck with what I have. =]
