Help with amp settings for a kicker 12 L7?

I got it in a 2cuft potted box... Here are the specs of the speaker and the amp. I just need to know where I should set the 4 knobs on the amp.

Gain. Min. To Max
Bass eq. 0DB to 18DB
Low pass 50hz to 350hz
Sub sonic 20hz to 50hz

Start off with everything to half way to start off....then if needed...turn some of the knobs a little past half such as the gain, bass eq, low pass, and sub sonic..but with starting everything at half and going from there..youll have a great sound with that sub! good sub!
