ok so i found this bike for sale, guys asking $600 has 30,000 miles, looks like there maybe a small leak under the bike, it wasnt a very big puddle, looked pretty coagoalted(clumpy) been sitting for about a year, lights and all come on, wont turn over he says carbs need cleaned and new battery,any sure way i can make sure its running? anything else i should check for? oh btw it would go in neutral and 1st but wouldnt go up into 2nd, probably cuz its been sitting for a year? should i take a battery over and try or would the carbs be too messed up?
