Help please....with lock on kyocera xtc?!!!!?

its been a couple of months now and im not able to use my phone because i changed the lock code for my phone....dum idea yea i know..i thought id never forget it ..but i was wrong...i called the company and they said theres no way they can help even tho i gave them all my info that proves its my fone...im out of lock...i know i wont remember the passcode..do you guyz know how i can get around that..or even change it online...plzzzzz im begging you guyz HELP
