every time i turn the ignition key on, i get this message on the dash display

>code.n 23063
>k.zahl 7296
>fg.nr. bc90648
>sw.vers. 0.81
>and.index .07
when turn ignition off it says diferent languages like:
english uk,english us, dautch, espagnol,italiano and so on.
why is this showing up? and what does it mean?
i bought this car a few years ago, this did not happend till now.
