Help my brand new kawasaki ninja 650r 07 is...?

I dont even have 50 miles on it yet and this morning i heard a little clicking noise coming from the bottom of my bike. I could feel the vibration on the rear wheel but the noise was towards the engine. It was cold out this morning and i didnt think to warm it up b4 i rode. But is this always going to happen and if so how do i stop it. Thnx again in advance
 
Your first problem is that you bought a Kawasaki. Seriously. Modern bikes don't really need warm up before you ride them It does not do them any harm to heat them up though. Check ALL nuts/ bolts etc. If noise still there don't ride it. See your dealer.
