I want to use my little radioshack compact CB radio to talk to truckers nearby on the interstate about traffic conditions during long road trips. I don't need it when I'm in the city, and I drive a sedan, not a big truck, so I'd like an antenna that's removable, compact, or otherwise low-profile. Would a little 8-inch magnet-mount "rubber duck" antenna work for this purpose? How about a 22-inch glass-mount?
