I work mid-nights and my sleep pattern is all messed up, plus I work at a restaurant, where I eat every night, and I don't drive so it's hard for me to get to the grocery store to buy "good" food. I don't have a time limit, I just want to lose some of my "winter" weight. I also don't have any equipment to work on. Any suggestions? I will follow anything that sounds like it will work!
