I work mid-nights and my sleep pattern is all messed up, plus I work at a restaurant, where I eat every night, and I don't drive so it's hard for me to get to the grocery store to buy "good" food. I don't have a time limit, I just want to lose some of my "winter" weight. I also don't have any equipment to work on. Any suggestions? I will follow anything that sounds like it will work! Thanks so much!!!

Eat a lot of veggies and protein and by protein I mean grilled chicken not a hamburger. Peanuts are a great booster too. Even though you don't have any equipment at home you can do things like jogging, jumping jacks and jump rope to get your heart going. You can also do sit-ups and push ups to tone muscle. Hula hooping is a great fun way to burn some calories and work your core muscles as well. Good Luck!

Eek thats a tough one, I would make it a point to eat a healthy low fat meal before going to work then would bring healthy snacks with me. I would walk to the grocery store for food and that could be some of your exercising. Drink lost of water too.
