I was watching Titanic this afternoon and it breaks my heart every time the musicians start playing that last song, while we see the captain and Mr.Andrews not making even the slightest attempt to save themselves, the old couple holding hands in bed, and the mother putting her kids to sleep  :bawl::bawl::bawl:

Pearl Harbor is definitely a film that has broken my heart. I actually only saw it for the first time on Saturday night - and oh my God, nothing could've prepared me for the end. I cried for about two hours after the film finished - it was so hearbreaking  :bawl:

"A Moment to Remember", it's a Korean movie... first time I cried so hard! for those who wasn't able to watch it try watching it. am sure you'll cry.:)

haven't heard of soldier's girl---will have to look into it as I normally enjoy lee pace.

^ Oh God, yes. Even more so was when Taylor died in that movie, though. Totally got me.

Ahh, The Lion King. My 9 year old niece cries and cries whenever she watches it. It's so cute but sad at the same time. hehe.

When I was a kid, I only watched My Girl once becuase this scene just did it for me. It was sooo sad. :bawl: I managed to watch the second one more than once but I to this day, I don't like watching the first one.

The Lion King: When Mufasa is killed and Simba curls up underneath his body........I lose it every single time! :bawl:

I just watched this for the first time last week and oh my gosh do I agree. The end is so heartbreaking with the overlapping of scenes from the tragedy and then Calpurina's (sp?) crowning moment. :thud: So sad, and what makes it even more so is that it's a true story. :broken_heart:

Thank you Rocky!

That scene is heartbreaking too! but still beautiful as I think!

You are good at paying attention to things! :D I think the part where juliet finds out their friend loves her is heartbreaking too! what was his name? :look: Peter or Mark?

UP

I cried pretty much during the whole movie but the first cca ten minutes that tell the story of Ellie & Carl had me bawling like a baby :bawl:

the next one that almost broke my heart was when he was fighting for the mailbox and hit the worker and then was called to court. the shot of him sitting on the bench all sad and broken and lonely :tear: just remembering it bring tears to my eyes

as for Remember me, the scene that had me in tears was the shot of Aiden in the class with Tylers name tattooed on his shoulder :(

Pay it forward - how could you not cry at the ending?
PS I love you - when Holly is reading the letter from Gerry she gets in Ireland
The Notebook - the ending and Noahs letter
My Sisters Keeper - when we find out about Taylor
Pearl Harbour - Rafe and Danny when he's dying

Titanic has me tearing up from the part where Rose needs to find sometime to un-handcuff Jack with and when they wade through the water. Everything after that just kills me.

Basically anything which is based on a true story, such as Soldier's Girl with Lee Pace breaks my heart into smithereens and leaves me blubbering.

The end of Watchmen had me pretty much bawling as well.

The Lion King When Mufasa dies. The Lion King is my all time favourite Disney movie and I have seen it plenty of times. Yet I never fail to cry when Mufasa dies especially when Simba cries and tries to wake him  Absolutely gutting.

The Shawshank Redemption Brooks kills himself. The scenes where Brooks tries to deal with life outside before finally giving up is extremely difficult to watch, yet moving :( He was truly instituionalised.

Forrest Gump When Jenny dies and Forrest stands at her grave :bawl: When I watched this movie for the first time, I never expected that and it just completely broke my heart that they couldn't have a happy ending :(

Titanic Perhaps an obvious choice but the last few moments of Rose and Jack together still gets me teary.
