If they don't wanna be another OINK, they need to stay closed and get rid of invite sellers that are still on their site. (If those sellers were indeed the ones who ruined it for potential good invitees).

But you have to remember the simple fact that most people are not traders or sellers.
 
Instead of opening invites, why don't they make an invite application? Existing members could have their friends apply for an invite through the app. Staff would then be able to choose which users can and can't join. I think that would have been a better idea.

Also, everyone knew that they wouldn't open invites. There are too many idiots out there selling and trading their accounts. Why can't they just share them for their own good? I really hope that all invite sellers get globally banned one day.

That is my dream. To rid the internet of traders and sellers.

A lot of people have invites. I have 4 for example. I'd say you get 1 permonth or maybe per 2 weeks if you're in my userclass (I think it's 50 GB downloaded with a ratio over 1).

There's surely more than 3000 invites in the system atm.

people will never stop. there is no chance. administration needs to get real, instead of think of excuses and blaming people. (reminds me of communism actually now that i think about it. great ideal but only creates a corrupt gov't)

It's not the first time they've announced that they'll open invites, then cancel supposedly because of all the sellers and traders. So, what kind of morons would they have to be to try it again thinking the same thing wouldn't happen, especially after they announce it several days in advance?

The funniest part about the whole thing is that what they're doing just pisses off the normal members who would be interested in joining who would be assets to the site, and it drives the site's "value" that much higher with the trading and selling crowd.

My opinion: It was all nothing more than a ploy to try to get their site bumped up to level 10.
