Having an argument with my wife: Am I drunk, or isn't this the holiday where

the kids dress up & go for candy? I have their costumes all ready and had planned to take them around the neighbourhood with their trick-or-treat bags as soon as it is dark, but my wife says I'm drunk and is threatening to have her fat mother come over and sit on me so I can't leave the house.
