I agree to an extent. Of course I want to be entertained for the the book or film I'm reading or watching, but I also know it's part of a whole - a series. And I think the cuts they've made concentrated too much on the 'stand alone' aspect rather than the whole HP story.

Maybe... I enjoy the fact that when you re-read the HP books, you see the little throwaway lines that turn out to be significant; the heavy locket that couldn't be opened in OotP for example.

Yehhh i dont want to get too excited because HBP (apart from the epic DH) was my fav book and this trailer has made it look even more amazing so if i have these high expectations, i know ill be dissapointed so im gonna keep saying to myself "this will be crap.....this will be crap..."

I agree that scene is so badly done. I love Gary Oldman and Sirius is one of me favourite characters they could have done so much better. Its different to the death scene in GOF is strong and so well done IMO.

POA is the best film by far to me. I know they missed allot of the the marauder's but it still great. What I think Cauron did great was you knew you were in a Wizarding world with some one having to get out a wand to do a spell. All you needed to do is look in the background were you see moving pictures or pots and pans in mid air being cleaned with a bit of cloth with no one there.

I know, i'd prefer the movie to the game. I suppose people can talk about the game coz it doesn't really follow the movie and so doesn't give away the plot.
I think WB are doing what Fox did with X-Files, trying to keep the plot and everything a secret until everyone sees the film.
