Halloween remake! - My Scout Dean Interview!!

I know, I've seen it and the theatrical version too. Such a shame the film itself doesn't resemble anything even resembling good quality. That's what I was referring to in my initial post. Halloween (2007) is an awful film, whether it be the workprint or theatrical version.

As I stated in another topic; Not only is this the worst remake I have ever seen and believe me I've seen lots, it's probably the worst film I have seen in the last 15 years.

I hated the film around the opening 3-minute mark, that's how embarrassingly terrible it is. I knew as soon as I heard 3 minutes of the worst dialogue imaginable I was going to be in for a real stinker. Halloween (2007) deserves to win every razzle award thrown at it.

Be sure to catch my review up on my website in the next few days.

o ive seen it and its BBBBAAAADDDD!!!!
i never expected it to beat the original but expected it to be descent.

the scares are laughable and the chase at the end is boring
the only good thing about the movie is micheals MASK its the best its looked since h2

From trailers and reviews i think its prob rob zombies best work to date and thats coming from a halloween die hard fan had my doubts at first but he seems to have pulled it off. and when it comes on dvd will go grand with my other halloweens.

What reviews have you been reading? The large majority of them are negative. I've seen hundreRAB of decent trailers for awful films, what is your point here?

There are sections in the film where Zombie literally lifts dialogue from the original and reuses it. That is "not" his work, and never will be.

The people that for whatever unfounded reason actually like this remake are now and will forever remain, in the small minority.

Thats fair enough not all reviews are going to give good points Howard stearn saw the film and gave it a thumbs up some people will slate it some wont i myself am looking forward to this as i have followed this movie from the first day of filming right through to the last day even when they took it back in and removed the rape scene.

Which is completely understandable, the rape scene was utterly pointless. It was there merely to serve as a ridiculous plot point as to how Michael would escape from the prison. I would advise lowering your expectations drastically for this remake. I had high hopes for it also (being a long-term Halloween fan myself), until I saw it that is.

The Harry Potter groupie returns. :p

Seriously, you thought this remake was excellent?

Have you seen the original? Now that "is" excellent. ;)

Give it a look if you haven't already.

Just briefly going off-topic now: I understand you're quite the Zac Efron fan? Well be sure to catch my interview with him in the coming months. I shall be putting it up on my website. :D
