Africa Women in Denmark

...culture/traditional in Denmark,as there's no one.? So my question is do I need kind of degree to do that? because I don't have any degree at all. But,am from Africa and I know how to talk to people in a good way to make them feel good of them selves. why I want to do this is that,every time I meet a black woman in denmark is having lack of communication and sick home.(meaning missing back home)
In this part of the world where we live,it is different from where we come from,even in terms of culture/ traditional. Esp.danish culture is far different from europeans,it's being difficult for us.For example like learning the language,no jobs back home maybe you are facing problems with spouse e.t.c. we normally meet at the language school,where we talk to each other about issues we are facing,the good thing,after talking to one another you feel much better.before that, you could see in eyes of us ,sadness. we need to keep up our culture/tradition,even though we are in europe.
Yesterday,we met each other to one of the black woman who lost her mother back home in Africa. We went there to a confart her in such terrible difficult time. We talked about many good things ladies talk about,give each other advices,and tobe honest,they had good idears.we were able to get away with some different sex tips. is it amazing??????? That was kind of first time we meet in a group of women in large no. get chance to meet new people and hear from each other.
We need some one to stand up for us and say, look! there's this group of women they also have right to be heard and appreciated.We have many black genius hair dressers around, but they are never heard and some of them work home hinding from the goverment.
If there's a group like I would wish to open,it will bring us all together and do much better and even feel better for ourselves. They say,one voice might not be heard but too many voices can be heard.
Please help me,give me good Idears how i can start this,I am not doing this for only my self,but for all of us.
We cry in our hearts everyday,it's not only me,but alot of us. I thought about many people,that could find this interesting and helpful. I meet people all the times crying of same stories.
Not only Africans,but foreigner's in general. I meet also Asians who are facing same difficulties.

Yeah! Zaire thanks alot for the good words and advice. excactly it's like get together thing of women,not only those who have stress,because of living in foreign country,but to all of foreigners who are interested in such thigs.
Yes,it's like group of people having fun. To relieve the stress abit. Many of the foreigners don't work,imagine all day long.....you are at home,in 73m apartment alone,how crazy you could be for the next 3years or more.
Most of them goes like 4-5hrs aday to danish schools,after that has no where to go, goes home.
But if we have some organisation like this,women would have more place they can call home.
yes!surely most of them I know they have talents like any other people you have been seeing around,but they have no support.
Am sure once we start up,slowly by slowly,many people will be intereted,like musicians or african events.
