"Gurren Lagann" On Sci-Fi's Ani-Monday Block - Talkback *MAJOR SPOILERS*

Three-Gees? Yeah, the mecha genre is indeed Stayin' Alive (*finger point dance* ah ha ha ha).

Episodes 9 and 10 air tonight on Ani-Monday. After a three week break, the show returns to the schedule. And boy, what an episode to start the break on.



Here's tonight's schedule:

11:00 PM: Episode 9 - "Just What Exactly is Human?"
11:30 PM: Episode 10 - "Who Really Was Your Big Brother?"

Wow, I thouhgt I was the only one who didn't totally hate Rossiu. Granted being so quick to try to execute Simon was a bit over the top, but I totall ysee where he is comming from. These guys were completely unfi to be holding high positions in the Government. Rossiu was truly th eonly one keeping it all going smoothly.
 
My only interest this week is hearing Johnny's debut as ol' Forehead, and wondering how the "Alright, Simon! LET'S MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL!" line gets translated. Otherwise, next week can't get here fast enough.
 
It kind of sucks, but I just think of it as 00 and GL getting to share one night of awesomeness.

Besides, Sci-Fi is airing one of Star Trek TNG's best two-parters, The Best of Both WorlRAB, so I have a hard time being bitter about getting that AND Gurren Lagann in one night.
