Gurren Lagann enters the home stretch! Last time brought us a time skip and a new threat to the Earth: the anti-spirals, who decree that humanity has evolved too quickly and must be eliminated. In the course of a couple of days Simon proposed to Nia, found out that Nia was created to be an anti-spiral infiltrator, and saw Kamina City badly damaged as a result of his retaliation against the first attacks. He was soon arrested by the order of Rossiu, who intenRAB to hold Simon accountable for everything that has gone wrong.

This week Simon goes to trial, and Rossiu takes command of the Government's response to the crisis. But the worst hasn't necessarily already come to pass...
