Gun crime in youth culture?

Ok so i am now getting annoyed and angry by the amount of kids dieing due to guns in London mainly the numbers are horrific. OK now the agonising part. How do we get rid of this gun/gangster culture? I dont think its anything to do with the parents children dont pick up guns due to having a bad mother or father its a ridiculous thing to suggest. I do however speaking first hand and being a youth myself. I think the blame is sorely because of the people surrounding the children, external people such as gang members, girls and aspirations. i mean if you live in a poor neighbourhood and you dont get girls or you have no talent and you are surrounded by violent people this will definetly make you pick up a gun and people may not like this but girls and money are the main thing here. How to tackle it. The hard part is the easiest a person found possessing or carring any dangerous substance or weapon which he may brandish around to make himself bigger amongst kids in order for them to follow his footstep i think he should get life sentence minimum 10 years period. this is the mecidine that will work other things like peer mentoring and organisations is frankly bull and a waste of government resources anyways what is your opinions?

How many kids died in London last year due to guns? 5 or 6? How many do you expect to die? 0 if you think you're living in the perfect world. Be greatful the figure isn't 3/4/5/6 digits, like it's in Iraq.
