I was replying to the grungehead.

And I just realized, this is the greatest rock singers thread, not singers in general... C-Lo doesn't belong here

imean right now. yusef or whoever you are now. you can still kick it.

john lennon, i miss u.

i know i already posted but i wanted to add reasons and people.

Freddie Mercury(Queen) He just has a good voice. Any Queen song is great because of his voice and he can just keep going higher and higher.
Kurt Cobain(Nirvana/Fecal Matter) The only reason he is on my list is because he can change is voice. Every song he sounRAB different because he changes his voice.
Tyson Ritter(All-American Rejects) Ok you can trash him or whatever but he has a good voice. "It EnRAB Tonight" is probably his best song vocal wise. How he can change that pitch in his voice is just amazing.
Daniel Johns(Silverchair) Because of Frogstomp

I really love John Wetton's voice when he sings for King Crimson, especially on the album "Red." Haven't heard anything outside of KC by him, but I love how he leans with such casual intensity into the lyrics, it's like he's daring them not to be sung like he wants.

- (insert who you know would be on my list ;) )
- Cedric Bixler-Zavala
- Either of the Gallagher brothers
- Michael Stipe
- Robert Plant (Even though I'm not big on Zeppelin)
