its just a list....just because there are nurabers there doesn't mean you have to assume it's greatest to least. there could just be 10 singers there, that happen to be listed in that order such as my case. -_-

Too many but here's a few...not necessarily in any order and not solely based on technical ability but on attitude and the memorable songs they have voiced...

Ian Gillan (Deep Purple)
Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin/Solo)
Ronnie James Dio (Rainbow/Black Sabbath/Solo)
Bruce ****inson (Iron Maiden)

Joey Eppard (Three/Solo)
Mike Patton (Faith No More/Other projects)
Chris Cornell (Soundgarden)

Well, there are a lot great singers but the list would be too long then. I picked really the top 10.

:hphones:

Even if I don't like his music that much, the fact that you would misspell this highly-musically influential, dead man's name so poorly is a travesty.

Billy Idol rates pretty highly with me as far as rock n roll vocalists go. He has a fantastic voice that sounRAB equally well crooning to slow songs as it does rocking out. Live, he sounRAB as good if not better than he does in the studio and he puts out an amazing amount of energy.

Aaron Gillespie, way better voive than Spencer
Tim Mcllrath
Dude from Dropkick Murpheys, I think his name is Marc Orell
Sebastien Grainger

Young ethan music taste amuses me to no end :D

anyways top five (in no order):
Eddie Vedder
Mikael Akerfelt (mainly for his work with Bloodbath, awesome on the Human Equation too)
Robert Plant
Billy Joel
Frank Zappa (he's not great, he barely sings but man it's awesome)

And to anyone who says Axl Rose (near the end):
