Well there is a ton.. but I think my all time fave is from The Replacements..

"Pain heals. Chicks dig scars. Glory... lasts forever."

Others..

The Departed
How's your mother?
She's on her way out.
We all are, act accordingly.

One of us had to die. With me, it tends to be the other guy.

I'm gonna go have a smoke right now. You want a smoke? You don't smoke, do ya, right? What are ya, one of those fitness freaks, huh? Go **** yourself.

Blood Diamond
In America, it's bling bling. But out here it's bling bang.

When was a time when the world wasn't falling apart?

Armegeddon
I understand that you are handicapped by a natural immaturity, and I forgive you.

I'm not gonna kill him, I'm just gonna take a foot off of him. A man can work with one foot.

I am not crazy! I'm just a little emotional right now, ok? Ya'll throwing all this stuff at me, man! Look, I mean, after this is over, can I like get a hug from you or something?

You are SO messin' with national security right now, man! You are FIRED tomorrow morning, I'm tellin' ya! I'll get the CIA and the FBI, you'll be workin' security at Toys R' Us!

Inside Man
Don't take this personally, but I don't think you can afford me.
Don't take this personally, Miss White, but kiss my black ass.

You think you're too young to get married?
No, I'm not too young... too broke. Maybe I should rob a bank.
Do you love each other?
Yeah, yeah, we do.
Then money shouldn't really matter.
Thank you, bank robber!

Narrator: When people think you're dying, they really, really listen to you, instead of just --
Marla: -- instead of just waiting for their turn to speak?

Oh yes. I love that, too.

HECTOR: Do you know what you've done? Do you know how many years our father worked for peace?
PARIS: I love her.
HECTOR: It's all a game to you isn't it? You roam form town to town bedding merchants' wives and temple mates. And you think you know something about love? What about your father's love, you spat on him when you brought her on this ship. What about the love for your country? You'll let Troy burn for this woman? I won't let you start a war for her.
PARIS: May I speak? What you said is true. I've wronged you, I've wronged our father. If you want to take Helen back to Sparta, so be it but I'll go with her.
HECTOR: To Sparta, they'll kill you.
PARIS: Then I'll die fighting.
HECTOR: Oh, and that sounds heroic to you? To die fighting. Tell me little brother, have you ever killed am man?
PARIS: No
HECTOR: Ever see a man die in combat?
PARIS: No.
HECTOR: I killed men, I heard them dying and I watched them dying and there's nothing glorious about it. Nothing poetic. You say you want to die for love but you know nothing about dying and you know nothing about love.
PARIS: All the same. I'd go with her. I won't ask you to fight my war.
HECTOR: You already have.

 I loved it, too. And Eric gave a very note worthy performance. This is the movie when I started to like Eric Bana.

There's also another movie that I watched over and over and had memorized the monologue. The Priest.

FATHER GREG: Do something! Don't you stand there you smug-eyed little bastard. Do something! She's a 14-year old girl you wouldn't see her suffer. You'll say this girl is me, this girl is all suffering humanity for this I came. You wouldn't give a damn about the Church and its rules and regulations. The secrecy of confession, how can that be good when it allows evil to pry? You speak out, I know you'd speak out, you're the son of God! I'm not! I'm just a priest and I can't take on 2,000 years of tradition. That would be arrogance. You can crucify me as well. I know you'd speak out.

(Ahhh... I forgot the rest - TBC.) Watching Supernatural distracts me. But that Priest scene is very powerful.

Titanic

Fabrizio: I can see the Statue of Liberty already! Very small, of course.

Jack: This is crazy.
Rose: I know. It doesn't make any sense. That's why I trust it.

Tommy: Music to drown by. Now I know I'm in first class.

I'm a high school mathematics teacher, and found this quote to my liking:

Alex Law: You never told me this was for children. I hate children! I'd raise money to have the little fockers put down. Oy! I want my money back! (Ewan McGregor in Shallow Grave)

"We all used to try so hard to fit in. We wanted to look exactly alike, do all the same things, practically be the same person, but when we weren't looking that all changed. The tree house was supposed to bring us more independence, but what the summer actually brought was independence from each other." -- Samantha, Now & Then

"Before he came down here, it never snowed. And afterwards, it did. I don't think it would be snowing now if he weren't still up there. Sometimes you can still catch me dancing in it." -- Kim, Edward Scissorhands

"Elizabeth... it would never have worked between us, darling. I'm sorry. Will... nice hat." -- Jack, Pirates of The Caribbean

"May I admire you again today?" -- Duckie, Pretty In Pink

"She's gone. She gave me a pen. I gave her my heart, she gave me a pen." -- Lloyd, Say Anything

"A heart is not judged by how much you love; but by how much you are loved by others." -- Wizard, Wizard Of Oz

"That thing, that moment, when you kiss someone and everything around becomes hazy and the only thing in focus is you and this person and you realize that that person is the only person that you're supposed to kiss for the rest of your life, and for one moment you get this amazing gift and you want to laugh and you want to cry because you feel so lucky that you found it and so scared that that it will go away all at the same time." -- Josie, Never Been Kissed

I decided to open up the discussion on this subject because it is in fact, one of my favorites. :)

It is not a single line but in Troy Brad Pitt has a really great bit of dialogue when he's talking about the gods. He says, I'm paraphrasing, that the "gods envy us (mortals)" because everything is so tragic and short lived, and then he says, "we will never be here again".

That line ALWAYS gets me, "We will never be here again". It's a short line that basically captures half of the experience of a person's life. It is incredibly fascinating to think about you live your life and seldom you stop and think how a day went by and it will never ever comeback. It's a day already lived and nothing can be changed. We only notice when something tragic or amazing happens, when really every day is gone and everything becomes a memory, which laters becomes a half truth because our memories are never 100% accurate.

Troy, *considering the amazing source*, has truly beatiful dialogue throughout, which is one of the main reasons, if not THE reason, to watch the movie at least once.

Hector has great dialogue but one the finest is when he's talking to Paris about dying for love. "And that sounds heroic to you, doesn't it?"

from Pulp Fiction :

FABIAN: Butch, whose motorcycle is this?
BUTCH: It's a chopper.
FABIAN: Whose chopper is this?
BUTCH: Zed's.
FABIAN: Who's Zed?
BUTCH: Zed's dead, baby, Zed's dead.

"Your just a silly girl arent you?"-Heath

"Better a silly girl with a flower then a silly boy with a horse and a stick"-Joselin

"It's called a lance.hello?"-Wat

The love actually quote you posted reminded me of my favorite from the movie...

Karen: Would you wait around to find out if it's just a necklace, or if it's sex and a necklace, or if worst of all it's a necklace and love? Would you stay, knowing life would always be a little bit worse? Or would you cut and run?
Harry: Oh, God. I am so in the wrong. The classic fool.
Karen: [voice breaking] Yes, but you've also made a fool out of me, and you've made the life I lead foolish too.

I just remembered one from Quills:

"I've been to hell young man, you've only read about it" - Marquis de Sade to the Father (Joaquin Phoenix)

these are just kinda random's, many of the classics have already been posted
Michelle in american pie 2 - "i get nasty when i'm horny" (why is that so endearing??)

Piper in Taboo - "You don't like sex?"

Westley in The Princess Bride - "As you wish"

Knights of the round table in monty python & the holy grail -
"We're knights of the round table,
We dance whenever we're able,
We do routines, and chorus scenes,
With footwork impeccable.
We dine well here in Camelot,
We eat ham, and jam, and spam a lot"
lol.gif

from american beauty - "they say everyday is the beginning of the rest of your life. and it's true except for the day you die" (i think it's that, i'm doing it from memory)

also from american beauty - "My daughter Jane. Only child. Janie's a pretty typical teenager. Angry, insecure, confused. I wish I could tell her that's all going to pass, but I don't wanna lie to her."

One of my favorite quotes is from the movie Threesome:
"Sex is like pizza, even when it's really bad, it's still pretty good."

I also like this one from A Knight's Tale: "It's called a lance....hellooo."

I know! He's awesome. Did you know that he is going to get the Lifetime achievement award?! They'll give it to him at the AFI Awards on USA channel, June 23 9pm/8c - I didn't know this, but Harrison Ford already got one of these!. It's about time! It should come as no surprise, since the man has more than 60 movies under his belt, but I was starting to wonder if they were ever going to give him his due credit. He's one of my favorite actors of all time, so I for one am thrilled about this.

Just out of my mouth! Yes, Robert de Niro lines all the way!

I was thinking of "You talking to me?" when I decided to post here, but now that you mention it, I loved everything from his Goodfellas Jimmy Conway to his Italian as Don Vito!

I mean, damn.

This guy's a quote vault! Or maybe he's just so good he makes everything quoteworthy?! I'm leaning towards the second... or Martin Scorsese.

Most of mine are by Robert De Niro:

You talkin to me? Well, I
