That's somewhat silly. Nokia releases more phones than any other manufacturer. In the US, it's true that carriers don't have their latest ones, but unlike most manufacturers, all Nokia phones can be bought unbranded and imported. If you want not only the latest and greatest stuff but also US based HSDPA, then yes the choices shrink, but they would shrink for any manufacturer too. Right now the N75 is the first one that should be coming for those specific needs, with more to follow. But the simple fact is that Europe, Asia and even Africa are more interesting markets for a company right now. When even tech reviewers look at the Sprint ad showing an EV-DO laptop card versus an EDGE card and agreeing that clearly CDMA is the way to go, there's just no use fighting stupidity.
