Give me some diet and exercise ideas?

I am a 14 year old homeschooled girl. I am big boned, and overweight. I need some good diet and exercise plans to fit my schedule. I go to bed at 6am. and wake up around 3:30pm. I need good exercises for my legs (all over, calfs, theighs, etc) my face (double chin, chubby cheeks) and my stomach. I have inherited calf weight, and i have been overweight my whole life, I was never underweight, or even normal weight. So I am struggling to lose it. Please help, 10 points. Be detailed. Thank you in advanced.

anyway, if you have a bike, go for a 45 minute bikeride every second day, and go for 1 hour walks every other day. Don't eat any sugary foods, caffeine, and try to limit carbs (breads, pastas, rice)
Drink plenty of water, and try Green Tea, as it is known to boost weight loss. That's all I have to suggest. Also, keep track of it with this website, I also use it :)
