I am a 14 year old homeschooled girl. I am big boned, and overweight. I need some good diet and exercise plans to fit my schedule. I go to bed at 6am. and wake up around 3:30pm. I need good exercises for my legs (all over, calfs, theighs, etc) my face (double chin, chubby cheeks) and my stomach. I have inherited calf weight, and i have been overweight my whole life, I was never underweight, or even normal weight. So I am struggling to lose it. Please help, 10 points. Be detailed.
