getting ip address in ym?

Hi to all of you! there are many sites that teach how to get ip using netstat -a and -n. However I think none of them teaches how to get the "EXACT" ip address while having file transfer because when you type netstat there were many numbers that appears in the cmd. How could I determine the "EXACT IP ADRESS?"
