I just noticed something:

Before cutting from the crew mining for gems to the White House, you can see another fossilized dog buried in between.:D

Indeed, when the internet starts to forget about Futurama, the world might as well end.

I enjoyed this more than last week. The Comic Con scenes were funny and I'm reminded how something mentioned at the beginning returns at the end.

I was watching it, and I loved the bit with Matt Groening's panel at ComicCon.

Bender: (to Matt Groening) When are you going to make another Simpsons movie?
(Matt shoots Bender with a laser)

Clever how Fry's 'Delivery Boy Man' character went from being a Superman archetype (with about 30 powers) to a Batman archetype (no powers, just angst--OK, crying) to finally having the power to randomly summon meteors to crush his foes.

Also, I found the Omicronian impersonator to be kind of hot...when she was out of costume, that is.

This episode was silly, but not in a good way.

I felt like this could have passed for a Looney Tunes episode (if you take away the sexual connotations), or something on Saturday Mornings.

Seriously, what was this about? The jokes were not even clever, almost all of them were expected.

Is this Saturday Morning cartoons or is this Futurama?

I can't say it was as funny as last week's,but there were some amusing scenes...

I loved Fry's comics,Matt Groening's panel at the Comic-Con,and the people at the Con thinking that Lrrr's invasion was just an act,and he was in costume....

It was also funny when Leela got annoyed at Lrrr for messing up her hair, and then Kif points out that Lrrr ate his leg...

A little disturbing that the talkback appeared as the episode was airing.

This was a fun one. They showed the first act at Comic-Con and it was just as funny last night as it was in July. "Who are you supposed to be?" "Every nerd's fantasy."

The rest was also good, especially Lrrr following Bender's lead.

I hear that. Grrrowr.

Not all of us get Comedy Central and AFAIK, they aren't showing these legally online (or are they?).

I will say that the second the DVD set comes out, I'll buy it. Sounds like season 6 is just as good as the previous five.

When Fry got vaporized, I thought "How on Earth are they going to end this?" And then when Grrrl showed up, I immediately remembered the throwaway gag about Farnsworth's teleporter ray and went "Of course!" That's my favorite kind of ending, one that builds on something we saw before but didn't think was important then. Bravo!

Amazon.com or iTunes for $2.99 a pop.

For new episodes it may be the best way to make a profit, even if it is out of line with what most shows do.
But as far as I know there are zero full episodes of any season online for free.

The funniest parts were anything having to do with Fry's comic and Matt Groening shooting Bender when he asked about another Simpsons movie. The Orson Welles head was a nice touch.

All in all, it was an okay episode. Hope the finale is better.

Futurama is currently unavailable for streaming online, save for the older episodes being available on Netflix. Hulu streams clips of the show, but not full episodes, since they don't have a current contract with Comedy Central to stream their shows.
