So my friend got fired from his job as an IT tech for a local dating service. He was told the position was "not needed" and was going to be contracted out, or something.
He's been told this isn't the truth, and that he was just replaced by someone who will work the job for less basically, and thinks he can sue for some compensation, since they basically left him on the street. (Not literally, he's doing fine).
Question : Is there any way to find out via taxes, filing, etc of any sort to check on the employee listing for a business. Do they HAVE to report who works there and is it viewable by the public?
I'm spinning my google wheels so far.
