but anyway, we had a french foreign exchange student that from france, and he liked french rap, and american rap haha.. he was also very polite
 
...culture?... your music preferences? (Okay, I guess you don't have to be French, but you do need to be intimate with its culture to answer my questions.)

Apparently National French Week is November 4th - 10th, and I would like to celebrate it appropriately. Can someone give me any significant details, important traditions, and/or cultural information? Any foods that I should know about (besides croissants). Also, I would love to have a list of music that’s popular in France. (Modern music along with some classical ones if you can).
