free ringtones plz help?

ok so im trying to download ringtones from 'mylittlephone.com' its not working!! i get a message from the website telling me that it got sent but i cant figure out how to get the ringtone downloaded. do i have to have internet Access from my phone? cuz i dont so i thought that might be the problem? does any one have any idea wuts wrong? plz help!
ive downloaded music onto my phone from my computer. problem is it slows my phone down and i cant figure out how to save it as a ringtone
