So will the fools (like me) who are paying 15$ for all 5 HD theme packs get a 5$ credit every month for the next year??

Somehow I doubt it ...

Looks like another call to BellTV ... *sigh*
 
for free preview, i did complain but never did nothing. they told me it was in my packages so the other channels that weren't free, i ended up paying anyway.
 
Hey, no new previews for December? I just went through the guide and I see we have lost all the november previews. Looks like we still have Family and Disney Playhouse as well as AMC HD and TSN HD but that's about it.

I was sure Bell TV would put on a preview of the new Nicleodeon channel in December, but nada...

If anyone knows of any other December previews please post them here.
 
We're getting everything but Fight and Silver Screen they dont even show up in our guide. I don't want to do a hard reboot or take out the smartcard or risk anything like that. I think its Bell's problem.
 
I think the problem with not getting Silver Screen Classics channel 285 and channel 337 lies with Bell. I think nobody there set it up as a free preview on Thursday April 1st therefore nothing will be done until Monday April 5th or Tuesday April 6th when whoever handles this is back from Easter Holiday. So all the rebooting and smartcard pulling will accomplish nothing.
 
Nice find. Typical Bell, it shows on the free preview channel that both ATN Tamil and DIY are channel 607 :S
 
never expect freebies from bell. they always nickel & dime average joes. I bet they're gonna have nascar 500 on freeview. UEFA 2010 world cup is coming in june so TSN should be free in june. any more ideas? :D
 
So far I am only receiving channel 709 Deutsche Welle. I only have SD so I can't check the HD Channel. I think the rest of the free previews should be showing by tomorrow.
 
I tested this out by removing More HD Variety and adding HD Sports 2 and the More HD Variety channels dropped completely off my guide. So I don't think it's an automatic free preview for everyone.
 
heh, i saw that too. then i looked into it a bit, that ATN is supposed to be 702.
But it doesnt show up in my guide.
 
I'm not getting the Silver Screen channel either.

After looking for it, I also realized I am not getting the SD feeds of CBS-W, ABC-W, FOX-W and NBC-W. However, I am getting the HD versions of those channels.

It's just not worth the complete aggravation of calling Bell to straighten it out.:(
 
CinePop ( french movie channel ) is on free preview this weekend.

Why in god's name doesn't bell announce these things in a timely manner??
 
How about those of us to subscribe to SD do we get an extra theme pack free for a full year or do we get a $5.00 credit each month for a year. My guess we will get neither.
