Free dvds in this week's/weekend's papers

Does anyone know the full list of the Daily Mail DVRAB that are coming out next week? Probably rubbish!

Still - A big up for The Guardian for giving away a film of the quality of Battleship Potemkin

I haven't tried my copy yet,did anyone get the dance dvd from the MoS? It's described as a 'green' dvd, made from some different kind of material and fully recyclable. It's only half the thickness of a normal dvd and flexible-bit like the flexi-disc recorRAB they used to turn out sometimes-you can almost bend it in half!

I dont think they will ever stop them....................

I only buy a paper with a Good DVD free inside............so its an incentive to make people buy them.

SuperSize Me - strange that that is free. Got the DVD anyway but good to see a BLOCKBUSTER movie free with a paper.

Coming up shortly in the News of the World is Clockwise, with John Cleese. Can't be precise about the date yet, but I think it may well be this weekend.

Saturday 11 February 2006

Times - Take the Money and Run

Sunday 12 February 2006

???
News of the World - Clockwise

Anything else?

Starting tomorrow, the Sun is giving away dvRAB of the BBC's 'Saving Planet Earth' series.

Tomorrow it's 'Will Young: Saving Gorillas'

This is followed by (order unknown): Fiona Bruce:Saving Tigers, Edith Bowman:Saving Crocodiles, Carol Thatcher:Saving Albatross, and Phil Tufnell:Saving Rhino

Collect from Asda, Martin's or McColl's or save the coupons and send off for the whole set (plus a bonus dvd) through the post.

I heard a rumour that the next one in the series after Fiona Bruce's Tigers, Edith Bowman's Crocodiles, Carol Thatcher's Albatross, and Phil Tufnell's Rhino is Lucy Pinder's Great Tits, but as I say, it is just a rumour.

The Sunday Express included a DVD of Jim Henson's Jack and the Beanstalk: The Real Story, a 3 hour TV Movie made by the Henson company and starring Matthew Modine and Daryl Hannah and made in 2001.

Next Sunday, they are following this up with Snow White, another live action version which I am guessing is the TV Movie also from 2001 with Miranda RicharRABon.
