Excluding The Water Babies these are all TV adaptations.

Problem is The Sun normally do not have a "mail in" option if you don't live near the specific store. Very frustrating. There must be a quite a few annoyed regular readers each time The Sun runs a promotion. Just think a "mail in" option makes it fair for everyone.

As for collecting on a daily basis. I find this very difficult for several reasons. One, obviously you have to be near the store in question. Secondly they sometimes run out of the DVD leaving you no way of completing the collection.

Other days they run out of the newspaper in question. At least with the Daily Mail's last one you only had to collect 6 of the 10 tokens available so if you couldn't get the paper on one day you could still get enough tokens to mail in for the set.

Finally the Mail normally includes Saturday in their daily collections. Again if like me you work in town but don't live near it, you would have to make a special trip on a Saturday to complete a collection.

We're all a little bit confused about this. I can confirm some time ago they did a DVD set which DID NOT require the tokens. The last promotion DID require them and I'm still waiting!

The form does not ask for the tokens so I think they have to honour the deal especially as they printed the coupon yesterday before all the tokens were even available.

I see they're happy to abandon their 'Burn the evil video nasties that are destroying the fabric of our society' campaigns if the product in question helps them shift a few more papers
