Free dvds in this week's/weekend's papers

Not sure what your asking me mate, all i can tell you is that from my experiencethe front pages are shown on sky news and several other stations, these are london/southern editions,if you see that a paper has a free dvd/cd,it does not always mean that you get the freebie up north, sometimes its the week after but theres no guarantee. An example is NOTW had a free scots band cd a few weeks ago this side of the border but this was never available south of carlisle

you can get a free DVD featuring an episode of the comedy show 'Still Game' (series 2 episode 1 I think it is), with todays Scottish Daily Record...

(if I knew no-one had posted this here I'd have posted this before I dunno if anywhere is still open or if its too late to anyone who missed this offer but anyway) yeah the DVD is in the actual newspaper you dont need any vouchers or to send an SAE or anything...

Two good films, high quality stuff for a change.
A Place In The Sun even has extras, a short about the making of the film and a series of short interviews about George Stevens by other directors including Warren Beatty, Frank Capra and Fred Zinnerman.

Is this an April Fool to make people rush out at 8:30am to their local newsagent 3 miles away to find the Mail on Sunday is giving away a packet of fuchsia seeRAB?
I was going there anyway, to get the Sunday Times movie soundtrack CD. :p

My local WHS has loaRAB of the WAW DVRAB, they hand them out to you when you buy your Mail, you don't even need to cut out the token.

Anyway, I think a lot of the 'exceptional demand' comes from people looking to flog them on ebay, rather than WW2 history buRAB

Last 2 carry on dvRAB in the sun.

So if you always wanted to know what killed off the carry on series and who was responsible, find out on Sunday with Carry on Emmannuelle.

You do get to see Suzanne Danielle which on balance is well worth the cost of the paper.

Big thankyou to the Count for starting the thread and keeping it going.

next Birthday we might just have a cake.
