FREE complete unlock solution for Samsung SGH-Z500!

i've succeed to unlock my samsung z-500, the problem was with the com door of the samsung modem, i changed it to com 7 and it worked perfectly. thanks to all
 
i have z500v after unlock with UMTS and lg3g cable phone still no network found
any solution to slove this facking problem!!!!!!!!!!!

when i run easystudio and do as you say i get the following!!!!
"phone is in use
easystudio can be used only when your phone is in idle state.
please close all aplications on your phone."

all i have done is plug in the cable and the program switched on the phone

on the phone screen i have the usual message
PHONE FREEZE
sim unavailable please inquire to the service provider

arrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i canot get this to work!!!

can someone please tell me how i can set up vodaphone live or o2 wap thing on my z500 as i am now on o2 but cant get either 2 work

I have got the program WinIMEI for the unlocking of the Z500V, but I am unsure of how to obtain the codes so that I can enter them manually. Can anyone help me?

it will be quite easy now to unlock
have done unlocking z105 using winimei before.
new procedure is much easier.

I found this in another thread. All credits for the solution to Morfeus of the FuriousTeam!
I myself haven't got a locked Z500 so i cannot try this. But other people confirmed this as working. I'd like to hear more results on this!
I also found a list of service codes. I guess you could use some of them to enter your unlock codes manually(that you read out with WinIMEI).

Sorry I should have added that to do this you would need a DB9 female to female connector, so that both sides are the same, female connector (that's the one with holes not the pins, which are male). It may work with a Female to male computer by using somthing to connect the pins, but I haven't tried it out, so couldnt say.
 
How do you do the pin out for a Z500 with phone freeze on a lap top?
The com port at the back of mine has 15 "holes" as opposed to the 9 on the diagram. I have tried with the obvious 2 and 3 but to no avail, am I going to have to try on a normal computer?

It works!
On my phone the subset lock was of so i skip 1 and 2.
I just try the 3rd and after i insert the new sim...it works fine...no changes at all on the phone...just the permission to a new network.
Free and simple....now the unbranded firmware...(where it is for portugal? Mine actual is Z300BFEF2 branded by Optimus!)!
 
the winimei only says z105 ...but its not working with the z140 how can i find the code to unlock?

will the Samsung_Z105_Z107_Z300_Code_Reader_2_0_2 work with ths samsung Z320i phone.
