If there is already a Thread on this I'm sorry. I searched but couldn't find it.
A few weeks ago on Boomerang "The Phantom Tollbooth" was advertised. It was only then I remembered this Film (last time I watched this I was pretty young) and since then I decided to find it and watch it. Finally I did find it tonight on Youtube (I love that site

). Personally I thought it was an excellant Film, weird but excellant (man I sure do like Humbug, such an Anti-Hero

) and after watching this IMO great Movie it got me thinking how many other Animated Films have been forgotten? After all I only remembered "The Phantom Tollbooth" by accident, I pretty much completly forgot about this

.
"The Mouse And His Child" I think has also been forgotten (everyone I know doesn't even remember this). I watched this last year on Youtube, not the greatest Film ever but it was pretty decent IMO.
I'm now thinking of 2 other Animated Films which I have definately forgot the names of but only remember them vaguely...
One of these Animated Films I remember was an Australian Film about this boy who befriended an Aborigine boy, was frienRAB with a man who was jailed and being whipped and towarRAB the end of the Film went to save some rich family whose house was being burnt down (sorry for the vague details, this is all I could remember I'm afraid).
Another was a Film about a boy who for some odd reason went inside a pond and befriended different types of fish (don't ask) like a Sea Horse etc. While desperately wanting to get home to his girlfriend, he sacrafices that one chance to instead save the sea babies who have been captured and inprisoned by some Shark like people (again, sorry for the vague details).
This is all I could think of at the mo. I am pretty damn sure there plenty more forgotten Animated Films but I'll probably add them in if I could manage to remember them too.
So anyway, what other Animated Films do you think have been forgotten and do you think they deserve to be forgotten OR do they deserve to be remembered? Personally I think "The Phantom Tollbooth" deserves to be remembared not undeservedly forgotten IMO
