Football weight lifting for a kicker!!!?

Alright well i'm trying out for the football team but i'm as weak as a piece of very thing string!!! And weight lifting for the team is next week!! What are some things i could do to get my strength up????
And yes i know i'm a girl don't make fun of me!!!!!!
 
In a week not much. You will pretty much be starting from scratch when lifting starts. For now you might focus on cardio (running) and eating right.
