Football training help?

Im 17 yrs old 5'10 236 pounds mostly all fat I need to get in football shape can someone post a football workout guide like what exercises and daily routine schedule and what to eat but I have no money to be spending on special foods or gym membership all I have is a weight set bench and thats all please help I really want to commit to making the team for my community college
